Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving product team tickets, collaborating to complete Agile stories and helping FCC staff adopt appropriate productivity tools.
What you’ll do:
- Guide staff through troubleshooting steps
- Maintain the product team queue and resolve tickets
- Provide end user support and information transition
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve practices and process
- Use multiple channels to provide training and productivity tips to customers
What we’re looking for:
- Organized multi-tasker who can easily shift focus in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed
- Strong communicator able to deliver adoption messaging to staff
What you’ll need:
- A degree in computer science or engineering and at least four years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth understanding and broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- MCSA O365 Certification is an asset
