No homes were lost but some property was damaged in a weekend grass and bush fire on the Cowessess First Nation, the Kahkewistahaw Fire Department said on social media.
The property damage included a shed and its contents inside, the post said.
A fire ban was in place on Cowessess at the time, enacted on April 29.
Along with the Kahkewistahaw Fire Department, the Cowessess and Grenfell fire departments also responded to the blaze.
Posts from several agencies indicate the fire broke out in the Marieval area near the east side of Crooked Lake.
