Congratulations to Yellow Quill First Nation!

Congratulations to Yellow Quill First Nation!  On February 2^nd, 2016, Yellow Quill First Nation became the 58^th signatory community, under the Framework Agreement, to ratify its Community Land Code!  On this historic occasion, Yellow Quill First Nation members clearly outlined their commitment to resuming jurisdiction over their reserve lands and resources, informing Canada that they are effectively taking control of all future decisions over their lands.  Our sincere congratulations to Chief John Machiskinic and the Yellow Quill First Nation membership on this incredible news.
