The Saskatchewan Institute is a major initiative of The Conference Board of Canada that focuses on issues relevant to Saskatchewan. It brings together the Conference Board’s full range of expertise in economic analysis and forecasting, public policy research, and organizational performance to address themes of leadership, governance, innovation, competitiveness, and more.

Mr. Francis has worked in the energy, publishing, and financial sectors, and has spent the past 15 years focusing on reputation management, strategy, governance, issues and crisis management, and engagement strategies with a broad range of clients in Saskatchewan and throughout Canada—all topics at the heart of the mandate of the Saskatchewan Institute.
