Position Summary : This introductory course provides an overview of the leadership skills,

styles, activities, and approaches needed for today’s organizations. Through self-assessments and leadership case studies, students will gain insights into effective leadership practices and behaviours.

*This course has multiple sections and a common course outline. This course will be coordinated. All instructors will be required to follow a proposed course outline.

Qualifications – Required : Master’s Degree
Qualifications – Other : An academic background in leadership, leadership studies and/or
research is preferred, as is prior teaching experience in a related area of study.
Salary : Online Learning Stipend $5,019
