We are a small trucking company looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team. Our company head office is located in Regina, the job is based out of Kindersley, SK with routes across Western Canada.
The guaranteed annual income is $50,000/year based on standard work week of 40 hours/week. However working schedules may vary depending on the customer orders. Potential to earn up to $86,000 based on the 48-70 hr week. Our Company offers benefits package after completing probationary period of 3 months: Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Prescription Drugs, Long and Short term disability.

• Minimum 2 years of truck-trailer experience
• Class A driver’s license required
• Air brake endorsement
• Mandatory Drug test and Criminal Record Check
• Driver Abstract free of violations
• Functional level of English required
• Experience pulling Supper B pneumatic trailers, oilfield tickets are advantageous
• H2S Alive, CPR and First Aid, WHIMIS, TDG certificates or willingness to obtain them
• Physically fit for the job, able to lift up to 50 lb
• Bondable
• Ability to travel to the USA (cross border deliveries)
• Must be available for 14-day trips when necessary, must be willing to work up to 60-70 hours a week

• Operate tractor-trailer, long-combination vehicle applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations, to transport and deliver products or materials, predominantly frac sand, cement, fluids from plants; usually over long distance
• Responsible for providing safe, prompt and courteous service to customers
• Load and unload trailer(s) as per customer order, secure loads as required
• Maintain vehicles in a clean and good operating condition, perform emergency roadside repairs if able and necessary
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment and accessories such as tires, lights and turning signals, brakes and submits reports indicating truck condition
• Maneuvers truck/trailer combination into loading or unloading position as necessary
• Weigh before and after loading and along route to document weigh and conform to DOT regulations
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Communicate with dispatcher, other drivers and customers using communication devices and on-board computers
• Wear personal protective equipment, steel toed boots, gloves, vest and hard hat if applicable
• Maintain driver’s abstract to acceptable company standards
• Report to management about any incidents, accidents, and other relevant occurrences that impact individual and company performance and safety
